Dr. Dominic Brandy, Medical Director
Cosmetic Surgeon

Dr. Brandy is a board-certified cosmetic surgeon with twenty years experience as a leader in advanced cosmetic surgery. He is medical director of The Skin Center and director of Enhanced Images Center for Cosmetic Surgery, Pittsburgh's largest and most established medical practice devoted exclusively to Cosmetic Surgery.

Dr. Brandy is board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, The American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery and the American Board of Anti-aging Medicine. His life long commitment to medicine and his precision, skill and artistry have defined him as an accomplished surgeon to his colleagues, patients and the medical community.

Dr. Daniel Soliman
Vascular Surgeon

Dr. Soliman is a board certified vascular surgeon with more than 27 years of clinical experience. Since joining The Skin Center in 2000, he has treated hundreds of patients with a variety of vascular conditions including broken capillaries, angiomas, spider veins and varicose veins. He also specializes in Botox® Cosmetic treatment for dynamic facial wrinkles.

Dr. Soliman is a leader in the field of Vascular Medicine. He has held several teaching positions including assistant professor in the department of surgery at the University of South Carolina and clinical instructor at Oklahoma School of Medicine. Dr. Soliman obtained his general and vascular surgery experience at Presbyterian University of Pennsylvania. He is a Fellow of the International College of Surgeons.

Debra Thomas, R.N.
Registered Nurse

Debra is a registered nurse who specializes in Anti-aging Skincare, Fotofacial™ / PhotoDerm® Skin Correction, the CoolTouch® Gentle Laser for Wrinkles and Laser Vein Therapy. Since joining The Skin Center in 2000, she has treated numerous patients with varying skin conditions.

Debra brings to our practice 17 years of Ambulatory Nursing experience. She received her diploma in nursing from Ohio Valley Hospital of Nursing, her BSN from LaRoche College and her graduate degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

She is committed to ongoing specialized training in skin care and laser technology for vein removal and skin rejuvenation. Debra is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses and the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing and has held leadership positions in local and national chapters of Ambulatory Nursing Associations.

Betsy Willner, R.N.
Registered Nurse

Betsy has been a practicing registered nurse for more than 17 years. Since 1999, she has specialized in the latest treatments for wrinkles including Botox, Collagen^sm Replacement Therapy and the CoolTouch Gentle Laser.

She earned her BSN degree from the University of Connecticut. Betsy attends International Skin Symposiums annually and is a member of the national society of Parmedical Esthetic Professionals.

Bonnie Wyman, R.N.
Registered Nurse

Bonnie specializes in the treatment of spider veins, varicose veins and rosacea using Sotradecol Sclerotherapy, state-of-the-art laser technology and Photoderm Skin Correction.

She attended Saint Joseph's College in Maine and received her nursing degree at Presbyterian University Hospital of Pittsburgh. Bonnie has 20 years experience in critical care nursing and 13 years experience in vascular medicine.

Brittany Oliver, M.A.
Medical Assistant

Brittany is a licensed medical assistant who has been with our practice since 1997. In addition to consulting with clients about their skin health, Brittany has been thoroughly trained to perform advanced skin treatments such as EpiTouch™ Laser Hair Removal and the CoolTouch Gentle Laser under the supervision of our physicians.

Brittany is also available by appointment to perform computer-aided imaging enhancement for prospective cosmetic surgery patients.

Cindy Hatfield
Medical Esthetician

Cindy is an EpiTouch Laser Hair Removal specialist and an LPG-certified Endermologist.

She has been with our practice since 1996 and for two years was our sole Hair Removal Specialist, treating as many as a hundred patients per month. She has attended numerous laser workshops including the EpiTouch Alexandrite Laser Workshop in 1999 where she received her certification. In addition, Cindy helped develop two laser hair removal departments and our Endermologie program.

She attends monthly meetings with our medical director and founder of Enhanced Images, Dr. Dominic Brandy, to keep up to date on the latest technologies in skincare, cosmetic surgery and patient care. She continues her education at Community College of Allegheny County to become an ACE certified personal trainer, believing that health, fitness and looking your best go hand in hand.

Cindy resides in Oakmont with her husband Clint and 17-year old daughter Sonya.

Laura Surman
MicroPigmentation Specialist

Laura has been with our medical practice since 1997. She performs facial feature enhancement (permanent makeup) using advanced micropigmentation techniques. In addition, she has received extensive training in hair removal using the EpiTouch Laser Scanner and serves as Dr. Brandy's computer imaging specialist during consultations with prospective cosmetic surgery patients.

Laura is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Health Policy Administration and is also currently a third year nursing student.

Cynthia Haskins
Medical Esthetician

Cynthia joined our medical practice in 1998 where she serves as a medical esthetician and skin health specialist. She conducts skincare consultations and performs an array of skin rejuvenating treatments including Microdermabrasion Power Peel® Rx, light chemical peels and rejuvenating facials.

Since receiving her Estheticians license in 1975 from the Christine Valmy International School of Estheticians in NY, Cynthia has continued her education in skincare through classers and workshops at the International Dermal Institute in Washington, D.C.

Kim George
Medical Esthetician

Kim is a medical esthetitian who has been with The Skin Center since 1999. She specializes in Micropigmentation (Permanent Makeup) and provides various advanced skin technologies such as the PowerPeel Rx Microdermabrasion and Light Chemical Peels.

Kim is a graduate of the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy where she received an associate degree in Cosmetology Management. She has been working in the skin care industry for 15 years.

Lois Sweeney
Medical Esthetician

Lois has been a medical esthetician and Skin Health Specialist at The Skin Center since 1999. She performs a wide range of advanced skin rejuvenating treatments including the Power Peel RX and light chemical peels. She is also an experienced EpiTouch Laser Hair Removal specialist who received personal training by Dr. Brandy.

Lois received a Cosmetology degree and Advanced Skin Certification from the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy in 1978, and 1979, respectively. She received her Estetician certification from the acclaimed Christine Valmy International School of Estheticians in NY.
